Model sensitivity of simulated yield of winter oilseed rape to climate change scenarios in Europe

Winter oilseed rape (WOSR) is Europe’s prime crop and grown for biofuel edible oil production. To investigate the effects of climate change on yield winter rape, two models (HERMES HUME-OSR) were used. This study investigated sensitivity model parameters (as a proxy plant traits) under change. For both models, global analysis was performed current temperatures, an increase 2 4 °C, in combination with −50 %, −25 current, +25 % +50 precipitation change, resulting 15 combinations. The done six different sites Europe located Germany, France, Czech Republic. differ formalism; however, results show that most sensitive WOSR are associated drought, climatic conditions, changing temperatures regimes. shows relate to traits affecting growth vegetative phase.
